The integrity of pipelines is a basic concern for pipeline operators, and therefore, the ability to detect anomalies due to corrosion, erosion, mechanical damage, leakages, any faults/ thickness loss during operation shall be of significant interest to the operators. Intelligent Pigging is the primary tool for assessing the Integrity of the Piggable Pipelines. However it is very difficult to assess the integrity of the Non-piggable Pipeline. For challenging pipeline various advanced techniques and tools like ECDA/ ICDA/ CP Survey/ Robotics technology etc were used to assess the health of the pipeline.
